Trauma Sensitive Yoga

Meet with Jana online or in person for a one-on-one session in trauma sensitive yoga. These session’s are available to be tailored to the participant, providing a safe space to explore movement and mindfulness. Jana is available to book a one-on-one session in person in Kununurra, or online.
Emotional Freedom Technique
Online or in person - 1 hour
Meet with Jana online or in person for an Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT Tapping one-on-one session.These session’s will be tailored for the individual, and provide a safe space to rewire the brain, using EFT tapping and spoken word. Jana is available to book a one-on-one session in person in Kununurra, or online.

Community Yoga - Join Jana in the breathtaking heart of the Kimberley’s in Western Australia as she guides local community yoga at the Kununurra Leisure Centre.
This community class runs at Kununurra Leisure Centre hall, for seven weeks between Tuesday March 4th & April 19th. This class is welcoming to everyone including beginners to Yoga, plenty of modifications and options will be available for all levels. This Yoga class will be a vinyasa style Yoga linking breath to movement.
This is a safe space to be offered the opportunity to experience the present moment through mindfulness and movement.
Mats are provided to those that need them, if you have your own BYO, bookings can be made online, or feel free to drop in on the day.
